Our History

Founded in California's Central Valley in 1945 by Daniel C. Schmidt, our firm has experienced tremendous growth over the years. Today our staff includes six Certified Public Accountants and nine staff accountants, serving the financial needs of our community, with clients throughout California and beyond.

We are a full service accountancy firm, dedicated to providing the highest level of technical expertise and personal services. Our staff is dedicated to continually enhancing their knowledge and skill through a variety of continued education programs, in order to ensure complete compliance with the latest industry and regulatory standards. In addition, our staff members maintain memberships in the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. As a firm, we voluntarily undergo a rigorous peer review process by an independent Certified Public Accountant every three years.
